1. We've just booked our wedding venue - now what?

First, I would like to wish you huge congratulations on your engagement!

This is such an exciting time - and now that you have your wedding date, the plans can commence! Depending on how far away your big day is you may decide to start planning your Save the Date invitations or you might go straight to the formal invitations.

2. When should I get in touch?

Ideally as early as possible! Once a couple has all the required information for their invitations, there is no reason not to start creating your dream stationery.

 

3. What's the process for bespoke wedding stationery?

Ordering bespoke wedding stationery is an exciting, collaborative journey! Here’s how it works:

  1. Enquiry & Consultation – Start by filling out the bespoke request form or reaching out via email. We’ll discuss your vision, theme, and any ideas you have.
  2. Quotation & Booking – Based on your requirements, I’ll provide a free, no-obligation, tailored quote. Once you're happy, a deposit secures your booking.
  3. Design & Proofing – I’ll create initial concepts and refine them with your feedback until the design is perfect. Unlimited revisions are included in your quote, to ensure you are 100% happy before anything goes to print!
  4. Production & Printing – Once approved, your stationery goes into production using high-quality materials and printing techniques.
  5. Delivery – Your finished stationery is carefully packaged and sent to you, ready for your big day!

Ordering bespoke wedding stationery is a truly collaborative experience. From the initial enquiry to the final delivery, I’ll work closely with you every step of the way to ensure your stationery perfectly reflects your vision. I value your input throughout the design process, refining details until everything feels just right. 4. How much will it cost?

The cost of your wedding stationery will depend on your specific needs and the level of customization you choose. Non-bespoke invitation sets from my website range from £50 to £250, depending on the quantity required. If you're looking for something fully custom, bespoke invitation suites typically fall between £100 and £400, depending on the number of invitations and design details.

Beyond invitations, I also offer on-the-day stationery and signage, such as place cards, menus, table plans, and welcome signs. Prices for these items vary, but a typical couple investing in both invitations and on-the-day pieces usually spends between £500 and £1000 in total.

Weddings can be pricey (we all know it!), but that doesn’t mean your stationery can’t be beautiful and within budget! I’d love to help create something that’s perfect for your big day without breaking the bank. Quotes are always free and completely no-obligation, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

 

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order for save the dates and invitations is typically 25. However, If you require less than this then please get in touch and we can work out a quote that suits you.

 

6. Payments

Full payment is made when you are ready to go to print and have signed off your PDF proofs. If you are ordering bespoke stationery there will be a 10% deposit to pay after consultation upon booking, before any design work commences.

 

7. Postage

We aim to post bespoke orders within 2-3 weeks of receiving your payment. Orders are posted with Royal Mail tracked delivery. Full payment indicates to us that you have fully checked the proofs and except full responsibility for all the content.

 

8. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on products. We therefore recommend ensuring you are 100% happy with your design prior to signing off for printing.
